How do I connect my Hypha Aeris sensor?
If you're in the closed Aeris beta, power-cycle your Hypha Aeris device and wait for the flashing blue light. Then open Hypha, navigate to Devices, tap the + button, and follow the in-app Bluetooth pairing and Wi-Fi setup flow. Make sure Bluetooth and Location permissions are enabled on your device.
What does Hypha track?
Hypha tracks your whole grow: grow blocks by stage, strains and culture lineage, schedules and reminders, inventory, recipes and costs, and a photo journal. With Hypha Aeris (closed beta, not for sale yet), it also records CO₂, temperature, and humidity from your grow space.
I'm not seeing data — what should I do?
If you're in the closed Aeris beta, check that your Hypha Aeris sensor is powered on and connected to Wi-Fi. Try pulling down to refresh in the app. If the issue persists, contact us at support@demetermycolabs.com.
How do I pay for or cancel my Hypha plan?
Hypha's Pro and Farm plans are billed through Stripe, on the web. Log in at app.demetermycolabs.com and open Profile → Subscription to pick a plan and check out. Once you're subscribed, the same screen has Manage billing, where you can change your plan or card, or cancel. When you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the paid period, then drops back to Free, and your grow data stays.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the Settings screen inside Hypha. If you no longer have access to the app, email us and we'll handle it.
How do I export my Hypha data?
In Hypha, tap the Farm or Account button in the top bar, then Profile & settings → Privacy & data → Export my data. Hypha builds a .zip of CSV files of your own records, adds your photos if you turn on Include photos, and downloads it when it's ready.
