Founding Grower Terms

(a) The offer

Founding Grower costs $99, paid once, plus any applicable tax. It's available until 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on November 30, 2026, or until the 50 spots are gone, whichever comes first. It's sold only on the web, not through the App Store or Google Play.

If you already pay for Pro, you can still buy Founding Grower, and you don't need to cancel first. Your Pro subscription stops renewing, so you aren't charged for it again, and what you've already paid isn't refunded. If you're still in a Pro trial, it ends with no charge. Your lifetime Pro starts as soon as you buy.

(b) What "lifetime" means

Founding Grower lasts for as long as Hypha exists, not for your lifetime or ours. If we ever shut Hypha down for good, we'll tell you at least 60 days ahead and give you a way to export your data. If another company takes over Hypha and keeps running it, your Founding Grower status comes with it.

(c) What you get

Your account has the Pro plan's features and limits as they are on the day you buy, or better. We will not remove a Pro feature from Founding Growers or lower their Pro limits below those on the day of purchase. If we improve the Pro plan, Founding Growers get the improvements. Storage and usage remain subject to reasonable fair-use limits that apply to all Pro accounts, so that no single account degrades the Services for others.

(d) What is not included

Founding Grower covers one individual account. It doesn't include the Farm plan, team seats or other team features; hardware such as Aeris, which is sold separately; or add-ons we sell separately or charge for by use, such as extra AI use. Anything that's part of Pro on the day you buy stays included (see (c)).

(e) Founding Grower perks

If you order an Aeris Gen 1, your order is placed at the front of the shipping queue. We also offer Founding Growers early access to beta features we choose to offer and a direct line to our team by email; these are offered in good faith and may change.

(f) Refunds

You may ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason, by emailing support@demetermycolabs.com. A refund ends your Founding Grower status, and your account returns to the Free plan (or to any paid plan you then hold). If buying Founding Grower stopped a Pro subscription from renewing and that subscription hasn't ended yet, the refund sets it to renew again. After 30 days, the purchase is non-refundable except where the law requires. If the payment is reversed, charged back or successfully disputed, Founding Grower status ends.

(g) Feedback surveys

Founding Growers help shape Hypha. By purchasing, you agree that we may send you an occasional short survey about Hypha, a few times a year. Answering is up to you.

(h) Not transferable

Founding Grower belongs to the account that bought it. You can't sell it, give it away, or share it with another account. If you delete your account, your Founding Grower status goes with it. If you lose access to your account or need to start a new one, ask us and we can move Founding Grower to your new account. We decide each request case by case, for example to prevent resale or sharing.

(i) If we close your account

If we close your account because you broke our Terms of Service or these terms, your Founding Grower status ends and there's no refund, except where the law requires one. You still get notice and a chance to export your data first, as our Terms of Service §9 describes.

(j) Changes to these terms

We will not change these Founding Grower Terms in a way that reduces the benefits in (b), (c), (e) or (f) for anyone who has already bought. We may make other changes, such as clarifications or added benefits, under Terms of Service §16.
